About Me
Hello, and welcome.
I'm Jolene Garrettson, a graphic designer and municipal support professional based in the Pittsburgh area. Originally from Central Illinois, I relocated to western Pennsylvania in 2006 and have built my career in administrative and creative roles within the engineering and local government sectors, developing a strong foundation in communication, organization, problem-solving, and visual storytelling.
In 2023, I earned a Certificate in Digital Design from the Community College of Allegheny County. The program strengthened my skills in graphic design and further developed my ability to communicate ideas through visual design.
Throughout my career, I've worked on a wide range of projects, including branding, advertising, publications, illustrations, signage, and promotional materials. This website highlights some of those projects and serves as an ongoing portfolio of my work.
In addition to creating digital art, I also enjoy creative writing, photography, and amateur astronomy.
